At NUH, we always put our “Patients First”. We understand that patients require appropriate specialised care and support during their time of treatment and we want to ensure that their road to recovery is as smooth as possible. We opened our doors to the public on 24 June 1985 as the first restructured hospital in Singapore. Since our inception, we have grown to become a 928*-bed, acute-care, tertiary hospital. We are committed to improving the standard for our patients’ medical, paramedical and nursing care and constantly strive to provide personalised, cost-effective, and specialised patient care.
